kinectAudioPosition.

hello, I have know that the kinect can get the sound source ange from -50 degree to 50 degree,is it possible for us to use four kinects to realize a 360 degree sound source location. and is it possible to get the distance between the kinect and the sound source ,and how ?

Probably an overkill to do it like that. Microsoft Research had a camera for conferences that was like a small tower with mics and cameras on 4 sides to do something like this though. After all the audio positioning tech in Kinect is from MS Research

to find where the speaking user is once you have the source angle towards them, you can check out the depth or the skeleton streams arround that angle. A problem is though that those streams aren't aligned perfectly with the audio and may have to add some offset. Had found a Kinect book on Google search that had an example where a line was drawn on the speaking person over the video stream and was mentioning this alignment problem (or maybe the alignment issue was only with the video since I know already the depth and video streams have some misalignment - maybe there was some method in the Kinect SDK to help you find the offset to fix that btw in case the offset is not exactly the same at each device)
